Job summary

Taconic Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supervisor Facilities Support at the Rensselaer, NY site to lead Warehouse and Support functions, ensuring accurate receiving, inventory control, sterilization, and distribution of materials. This role drives lean practices and safe operations across the facility.

The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and an Associate degree or equivalent. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school, or technical/managerial experience at an equivalent level.
• Understanding of LEAN principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) helpful.
• Mechanical aptitude helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse and Support functions at the site level.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory control, sterilization, and distribution of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate ERP records, run reports, and support system users.
• Coordinate material receiving from vendors and other warehouses.
• Oversee put-away strategies and verify quantities, descriptions, and quality.
• Perform cycle counts and End of Year counts.
• Support delivery of raw materials within site via transfer order process.
• Promote site safety and report near misses and injuries.
• Coordinate equipment servicing and training activities for Warehouse staff.
