Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• CA phlebotomy license required; NHA licenses not accepted in CA/WA/NV.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws, including pediatric and geriatric cases.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling; perform necessary data entry.
