Qualifications

• Two years phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Excellent patient service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection and processing per SOPs.
• Obtain accurate patient identification and labeling.
• Provide professional, respectful patient service and address questions.
• Maintain clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Direct daily site operations and coach on-site staff.
• Complete training and maintain phlebotomy skills.
