The role requires an active state phlebotomy license and includes supervising site operations Monday to Friday, with weekends on rotation. Expect to perform specimen collection, maintain compliance, and mentor staff while delivering first-rate patient service. Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, handling pediatric and geriatric cases.
• Provide professional patient experience and accurate data entry for registration, orders, and billing.
• Direct daily site operations and mentor on-site staff; ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Maintain site upkeep, prepare schedules, and manage supplies while supporting multiple locations.
