Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead in Turlock, CA. This position operates Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends and pays $25.00–$27.30 per hour.

The role requires phlebotomy licensure and involves leading site operations, specimen collection, and patient interactions. Responsibilities include delivering phlebotomy services, ensuring accurate labeling and data entry, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting on-site staff

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy license required; CA, NV, WA, and LA licenses preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned PSCs or Client Offices.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification.
• Perform data entry for patient registration and orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe collection environment.
• Support on-site staff and mentor junior colleagues.
