Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred; leadership as shift/site lead a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Provide professional patient and client service with clear communication and documentation.
• Oversee site operations, mentor staff, manage schedules, and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Handle billing and data entry tasks and maintain compliance with confidentiality policies.
