Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Site Superintendent/Foreman to lead maintenance and service on HVAC systems at a Pentagon site in Arlington, VA. This role oversees field teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures work aligns with contract requirements and safety standards.

Open to union and non-union labor, with a competitive pay range and first-day benefits eligibility. Primary responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting with Project Manager, and coordinating with client representatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination and supervision of construction projects.
• Proficiency working with commercial HVAC mechanical equipment and/or HVAC Controls and BAS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for employee supervision and client interface.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and basic Windows environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and/or badges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field teams performing maintenance and service on HVAC systems.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensure on-schedule work, and manage multiple projects.
• Develop means and methods for service and maintenance requirements with Project Manager.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and contract requirements with the client.
