This on-site role involves coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and schedules, with a focus on safety and contract compliance.

The position offers a base salary between $100,000 and $150,000 plus bonus, negotiable by experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited program.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple trades and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey technical material to non-technical audiences.

• Serve as a primary on-site leader for project execution, including installation, service, and maintenance of building systems.
• Manage scope, procurement, quality, and subcontractor payments to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop and implement project schedules; ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Provide periodic status updates on progress, financials, and risk; communicate outcomes to leadership.
