Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) seeks a Foreman (Union) to lead a team of field technicians on HVAC and controls systems at Fort Devens, MA. This bargaining unit role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and effective customer interaction within a federal contracting context.

The Foreman will guide technicians, assist with quotes, and ensure timely, quality service while complying with government clearance requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting and service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance, Top Secret preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of field mechanics on HVAC and related control systems.
• Interact with customers, help develop technicians and assist with quoting jobs.
• Assist with project scheduling and promote a culture of safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC mechanical problems, plus some electrical/controls issues.
• Inspect, diagnose, service and repair mechanical systems.
