This position is ideal for a technically minded leader who can effectively manage a small team while serving as the primary point of contact between the team and the customer.

The Site Lead will oversee a team of approximately four Field Service Engineers, ensuring service delivery, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams of technicians, engineers, or field service personnel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with customer-facing experience.
• Technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical, industrial, or maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Field Service Engineers onsite at a semiconductor facility.
• Coordinate daily activities, priorities, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and operational issues.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service.
• Monitor service metrics, equipment performance, and team productivity.
• Partner with customer stakeholders and leadership to meet operational objectives.
• Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and technical support.
• Support coverage planning, including extended hours as needed.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
