Job summary

True North Consultants is seeking Senior Field Service Engineers I & II to support a premier client site in North Valley, AZ. You will install, maintain, and repair cutting-edge semiconductor capital equipment, lead troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers on site.

We look for experienced Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineers with 6+ to 8+ years in semiconductor field service, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering with 6+ years experience.
• Hands-on semiconductor field service experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor equipment with minimal supervision.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate solutions and progress to customers.
• Support field-wide improvements and documentation updates.
