Site Lead – Events Processing Clerk(Primary) / Print & Mail Backup

Philadelphia, PA (Onsite – Verra Mobility Office)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a full-time Site Lead – Events Processing Clerk to support violations processing, customer service, and operational oversight at the Verra Mobility Philadelphia office.

This position serves as PRI's onsite Site Lead and is responsible for leading daily violations processing operations while remaining actively engaged in production work. The Site Lead acts as the primary onsite escalation point to team management. The role partners closely with Verra Mobility leadership and PRI management to ensure service levels, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

The position is primarily focused on violations processing and customer service operations, with occasional cross-trained support provided to print and mail functions as operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Site Lead & Operations Management

  • Serve as PRI'sonsite Site Lead for violations processing and customer serviceoperations.
  • Lead dailyworkflow planning by reviewing volumes, setting priorities, assigningwork, and adjusting coverage to meet service level requirements.
  • Act as theonsite subject matter expert and first point of escalation for routineoperational issues.
  • Escalateoperational concerns to PRI and Verra Mobility leadership withrecommendations and status updates.
  • Monitorproductivity, quality, and workload distribution to ensure customerexpectations are met.
  • Anticipatestaffing, volume, and process risks and implement corrective actions asneeded.
  • Maintain dailyproduction metrics, workload tracking, and end-of-day reporting.
  • Supportonboarding, refresher training, and cross-training activities.
  • Providecoaching, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Maintain strongworking relationships with Verra Mobility leadership, customers, andteammates.

Violations Processing & CustomerService (Primary Duty – Approximately 95%)

  • Support theteam as a lead violations processing clerk and customer servicerepresentative.
  • Process speedcamera and red-light camera violations using web-based applications andinternal systems.
  • Review,validate, and process violation data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle inboundcustomer calls and walk-in inquiries.
  • Investigate andresolve customer questions while maintaining a high level of customerservice.
  • Clearlycommunicate resolution options and next steps to customers.
  • Reconcilewalk-in violation payments, including cash, checks, money orders, andcredit card transactions.
  • Enter, update,verify, and proofread data across multiple systems.
  • Maintaincompliance with established quality standards and production goals.
  • Assist withspecial projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Print & Mail Operations (BackupSupport Only)

  • Provide backupsupport to print and mail operations during periods of increased volume,staff absences, or other operational needs.
  • Assist withprocessing, printing, and mailing activities when requested.
  • Operatemailroom equipment, including postage meters, folding/inserting equipment,and copiers after appropriate training.
  • Supportopening, scanning, and processing inbound customer correspondence.
  • Assist withmail preparation, sorting, and outbound mail distribution as needed.
  • Help maintainmailroom documentation, inventory, and production records.
  • Performadditional operational support duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check anddrug screening.
  • Demonstrated experience leading oracting as a team lead in a processing, production, customer service,administrative support, or operations environment.
  • Strong organizational skills andability to prioritize competing workloads.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, andsupport team members.
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Experience with data entry, recordsmanagement, transaction processing, or similar administrative functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word,Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
  • Customer service, call center, orpublic-facing service experience preferred.
  • Mailroom or print productionexperience helpful but not required.
  • High attention to detail and stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds andperform standing or seated work as required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, orequivalent experience.
  • Work is performed onsite in an office and processing center environment.
  • Tasks involve sitting or standing at desks, worktables, or mail processing stations while working independently and as part of a team.
