Program and Site Manager

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 annually

Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking an experienced Program / Site Manager to lead operations supporting a federal customer at Edwards Air Force Base, California. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for overseeing personnel, customer relationships, operational performance, compliance, quality, and day-to-day execution across a diverse logistics and support services environment.

We are looking for a leader who excels at building trust, solving problems, communicating effectively with customers, and bringing teams together to accomplish mission objectives.

Requirements
Preferred Experience
  • Program, project, site, operations, or logistics management experience.
  • Experience supporting federal, military, aerospace, or government organizations.
  • Experience leading large teams and managing customer-facing operations.
  • Experience with contract performance, workforce management, quality control, and operational oversight.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, fleet, property, materials management, or related operational disciplines.
  • Experience developing and improving processes, SOPs, training programs, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or 15 years of equivalent professional experience .
  • Significant experience in program, operations, logistics, or contract management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage personnel, schedules, resources, and operational priorities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, if required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
