Qualifications

• Experience leading or acting as a team lead in processing, production, or customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and support staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data entry and records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow planning by reviewing volumes and setting priorities.
• Act as onsite escalation point for routine operational issues.
• Monitor productivity and quality to meet service levels.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Maintain production metrics and end-of-day reporting.
• Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries with high service standards.
• Reconcile payments and data across multiple systems.
• Support onboarding and cross-training activities.
