Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager I to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner school. The role oversees all operations, ensures safety, quality, and adherence to district contracts, and coordinates staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Combination of education and experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together mission and four core agreements.
• Monitors program success including attendance, quality, behaviors, and student achievement.
• Trains and coaches staff on routines, procedures, and program design.
• Maintains safety and confidentiality; manages site budgets and timecards.
