TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Illinois to troubleshoot PC hardware and mobile devices, install hardware/software, and provide basic network fault handling before escalation. You will work with a Service Desk and Remote Operations team to resolve tickets and support multiple sites.

The role covers L1/L2 client support for standard workstation deployments and L3 for server and virtualization environments, ensuring alignment with IT standards and security policies.

Competenze

• 3+ years in service delivery, preferably in a multi-national IT/help desk environment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software installations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English.

Mansioni

• Deliver IT services for sites with up to 300 devices per FTE.
• Maintain user support processes, asset management, licensing, and security systems.
• Provide L1/L2 support, and L3 for Server/Virtualization environments.
• Document knowledge base, procedures, and help guides.
• Support setup and configuration of LAN switches and wireless access points.
