Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of production workers, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify operational challenges and implement strategic solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze production metrics and adjust processes to meet or exceed schedules and quality goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including performance reports and audits.
• Champion 5S standards and promote a safe working environment through audits and training.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned
