Job summary

Quad is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Martinsburg, West Virginia, focused on supporting, maintaining, and operating IT systems. You will provide 24/7 support, troubleshoot issues, and manage IT assets to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT field.
• Experience in providing level II support for IT systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Responds to level II support issues 24x7 through call tracking software.
• Supports, configures and maintains IT hardware and software infrastructure.
• Manages IT assets within the inventory system.

Skills

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Strong knowledge of Windows current Operating Systems

Basic understanding of infrastructure

Working knowledge of MS Office toolset

Customer service oriented

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent IT experience
