Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers and daily system monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking issues and review logs.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification and DoD 8570/8140 baseline goals.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24x7 schedule and maintain docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site Linux/Windows servers and perform routine patching.
• Handle help desk tickets and escalate complex issues to tier-III.
• Support server infrastructure including firewalls and PKI configurations.
• Maintain data backups and monitor system logs for security concerns.
• Collaborate with development/engineering for diagnostic data.
