Job summary

Danone USA is seeking a Sr Site Initiative Execution Leader based in Fort Worth, TX. This role drives the Site Initiatives Master Plan, champions integrated master planning, and ensures PQCDSM-aligned feasibility and launch readiness.

You will oversee factory COGS assumptions, risk management, and cross-functional execution with Operations, R&I, Quality, Finance, and C&P. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing/operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and PM/Operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project execution roles.
Advanced degree or certification in Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Site Initiatives Master Plan (IMP) aligned with plant priorities and capacities.
Lead integrated master planning for site resource planning and initiative execution.
Ensure accurate prefeasibility and feasibility assessments focusing on PQCDSM accuracy.
Lead execution of product and packaging innovations at the site, including vertical start-ups.
Own factory supply chain readiness for initiatives including data, materials, planning, and initial production.
