Job summary

Danone in Mt. Crawford, Virginia seeks a Senior Site Initiative Execution Leader to act as the site SPOC for innovation, renovation, productivity, and sourcing projects, guiding feasibility through execution and post-launch review.

The role links Operations, R&D, Finance, and Engineering to ensure projects align with factory capabilities, drive improvements, standardization, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain (required).
• Advanced degree or certification in Project Management or Operations Excellence (preferred).
• 10+ years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project execution (required).
• Experience leading site level initiatives or innovation execution (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as site SPOC for all projects including Innovation, Renovation, Productivity, and Sourcing.
• Lead feasibility assessments, trials, start-ups, and execution phases.
• Coordinate resources (CAPEX/OPEX) and ensure alignment with capabilities and homologation.
• Own factory homologation process and local stage-gate governance.
• Lead industrial trials, product starts, artwork validation, and specs changes.
• Communicate trial results and learnings to project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and post-launch reviews to improve standards.
