Danone U.S. is seeking a Site Initiative Execution Leader in Mt. Crawford, VA, to drive innovation, productivity, and sourcing initiatives across the plant.

You will coordinate technical feasibility, manage resources, and lead cross‑functional teams through trials and commercialization. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing, a relevant degree, and strong leadership, with a performance‑based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, operations, or project execution roles.
• Experience leading site‑level initiatives in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain integration.
• Familiarity with InnoPro, GSUM+ and SHERPA/CAPEX governance, PM methodologies.
• Financial acumen with COGS fluency and cost drivers.
• Knowledge of industrial trials, start‑ups, and scale‑up processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• People management of Feasibility Managers and matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for all project stakeholders across functions.
• Assess industrial pre‑feasibility and plan resources (CAPEX, OPEX).
• Lead factory projects through trials, start‑ups, and execution phases.
• Lead industrial trials for innovation, productivity and quality.
• Own homologation process and stage‑gate governance.
• Communicate trial outcomes and learnings to teams.
• Support post‑launch reviews and continuous improvement.
