Job summary

Danone is hiring a Start-Up Leader (SUL) for our Minster, Ohio plant. You will drive startup initiatives, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery while improving quality and productivity across the plant.

You will lead a startup team, manage risks, implement GSUM+ and related tools, and coordinate with operations for seamless integration and close-out of initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Milk processing experience with HTST, pasteurization, CIP preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement start-up models (GRPM2, ISU, G2T) or equivalent.
• Improve quality and reduce downtime during startup initiatives.
• Oversee the site start-up team and resources.
• Activate the GSUM+ process and DDS routines with Operations.
• Integrate initiative deliverables into plant systems.
• Lead startup tracking and final close-out of performance.
