Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Site Initiative Execution Leader for the Minster, Ohio site. You will serve as the factory’s single point of contact for innovation, renovation, productivity, and sourcing projects, providing technical leadership from feasibility through execution and post-launch review.

You will bridge Operations, R&D, C&P, Finance, and Engineering to ensure projects are feasible, resourced, and homologated, while driving continuous improvement and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or project execution.
• Advanced degree or certification in PM, Operations Excellence, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading site-level initiatives or innovation execution in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site SPOC for all project stakeholders (Innovation, Renovation, Productivity, Sourcing).
• Provide technical feasibility assessments during define phase for projects.
• Plan factory resources (CAPEX, OPEX) aligned with capabilities.
• Act as factory project leader, coordinating engineering and operations through trials and execution.
• Lead industrial trials for innovation, productivity, and quality projects.
• Deliver feasibility assessments for project briefs and R&P spec changes.
• Propose technical recommendations aligning R&P with factory constraints.
• Own and lead the factory homologation process with local stage gates.
• Lead duplication and simple productivity projects per RACI, capture learnings.
• Schedule and optimize industrial testing and startup activities.
• Communicate trial outcomes and learnings to teams.
• Support post-launch reviews and improve execution standards.
