Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Site HR Coordinator to manage HR operations at the site level, including onboarding, payroll, benefits education, and data reporting. You will audit timesheets, process background checks, and support recruiting and training for new staff at our Wisconsin facility.

Ideal candidates have HR/payroll systems experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities to liaise with management and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR/payroll systems experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire information in HRIS and update records.
• Perform weekly audits of timesheets for payroll processing.
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Lead New Hire Orientation covering benefits and policies.
• Liaise with HRIS to support site-based timeclocks and data accuracy.
• Prepare reports on employee data, including financial and labor data.
• Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
• Coordinate orders with vendors for office equipment and temporary staff.
• Communicate company announcements and policy updates.
• Other duties as assigned by site management.
