Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

• Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Systems.
• Experienced or proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Able to work extended hours as needed.
• Drive to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: coordinate talent acquisition activities with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage onboarding/offboarding activities and HRIS entries.
• Payroll and HRIS: maintain accurate employee information and bi-weekly payroll auditing.
• Employee Relations: respond to HR inquiries and assist in issue resolution.
• Compliance: ensure posting requirements and leave programs; stay updated on laws.
• Communication and Local Engagement: coordinate communications and employee events.
