Envista is seeking an on-site HR Partner for the Orascoptic site in Madison, Wisconsin. The role blends hands-on HR partnership with business leaders to translate people priorities into practical action, covering workforce planning, talent and performance, employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions, while supporting hiring decisions and critical talent needs, always aligning with Envista values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with business leaders.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and change management.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to the Orascoptic site, advising leaders on people priorities and business decisions.
• Lead local talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders on workforce plans, hiring priorities, and retention strategies.
• Coordinate local execution of enterprise HR programs and drive continuous improvement.
