Orascoptic in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a hands‑on Site HR Partner to collaborate closely with site leaders and employees. You will drive workforce planning, talent and performance, employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with HR specialists across Envista.

You will lead local talent reviews, workforce plans, recruiting, and development discussions, coaching leaders to strengthen people leadership and accountability in a manufacturing/healthcare context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with business leaders
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and change management
• Working knowledge of employment requirements and HR compliance practices
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin and maintain visibility with leaders and employees

• Use data and insights to identify risks, opportunities, and actions

• Lead local talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management
• Partner with leaders on hiring priorities and critical talent needs
• Lead recruiting efforts for key roles and support leadership development
• Identify retention risks and create targeted actions for critical roles
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters in collaboration with Legal and HR teams
• Maintain visibility with employees and leaders and support meaningful engagement
• Coordinate local execution of enterprise HR programs and drive adoption
• Identify recurring HR pain points and route to appropriate partners
