Envista (Orascoptic) seeks an on-site Site HR Partner to work closely with Madison leaders and employees, translating people priorities into practical actions. You will support workforce planning, talent and performance, employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the site.
You will coach leaders, lead talent reviews, and partner on recruitment and leadership development while aligning with Envista values and broader HR programs.
For more than 40 years, Orascoptic has designed tools that help dental and medical professionals see more clearly, work more ergonomically, and perform at their best. Founded in 1981, Orascoptic designs and hand-assembles custom loupes and headlights in Madison, Wisconsin for dentists, hygienists, surgeons, students, and other healthcare professionals around the world.
The Site HR Partner is the primary on-site HR partner for Orascoptic leaders and employees in Madison. This is a hands‑on role for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, building trusted relationships, and helping leaders translate people priorities into practical action. You will support workforce planning, talent and performance, employee relations, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change, while partnering with HR specialists across the organization when additional expertise is needed. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across an entire site while continuing to build broad HR business‑partnering experience.
You bring practical, well‑rounded HR experience and are comfortable working directly with managers and employees. You can move between employee relations, talent discussions, workforce planning, recruiting, and organizational issues while knowing when to involve specialized HR partners. Just as importantly, you enjoy being visible and accessible. You build trust, communicate clearly, use good judgment, and can turn HR programs and data into practical actions that make sense for the business.
