Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with business leaders.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
• Knowledge of HR compliance practices and strong stakeholder management.
• On-site Madison, Wisconsin presence and visibility with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to the Orascoptic site, guiding people priorities and business decisions.
• Advise on organization design, roles, and workforce capability needs.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance discussions with Talent Management.
• Coordinate local execution of enterprise HR programs with clear communication and adoption.
