Job summary

Envista (Orascoptic) seeks an on-site Site HR Partner to work closely with Madison leaders and employees, translating people priorities into practical actions. You will support workforce planning, talent and performance, employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the site.

You will coach leaders, lead talent reviews, and partner on recruitment and leadership development while aligning with Envista values and broader HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct partnership with business leaders.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and change management.
• Working knowledge of employment requirements and HR compliance practices.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to the Orascoptic site, providing practical guidance on people priorities and business decisions.
• Advise leaders on organization design, role clarity, team effectiveness, workforce planning, and capability needs.
• Lead local talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development discussions in partnership with Talent Management.
• Partner with leaders on workforce plans, hiring priorities, selection decisions, and critical talent needs.
• Lead recruiting efforts for O,B,T roles.
• Support leadership development and manager capability-building based on business and workforce needs.
• Identify retention risks and partner with leaders on targeted actions for critical roles and talent.
• Provide timely, fair, and consistent guidance on employee relations matters, partnering with Legal and other specialists when needed.
• Maintain visibility with employees and leaders; use feedback and trends to drive priorities and action.
• Coordinate local execution of enterprise HR programs; drive adoption and readiness.
