Job summary

Busch Group in California seeks a Site HR Manager to own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day HR matters, including benefits questions, leave guidance, employee relations, and performance management.

This role collaborates with Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to ensure compliant practices and a seamless employee experience from hire to exit.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee relations concerns and support managers on performance issues.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and L&D on employee development.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and resolve discrepancies across systems.
