Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in California is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead both tactical and strategic HR initiatives across production, logistics and warehouse operations. You will partner with managers to drive culture, safety, talent development, and programs covering benefits, payroll coordination, onboarding, and investigations; requires 5–7 years in manufacturing HR and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/logistics.
Experience with Benefits/Total Rewards administration and compliance.
Proven employee relations experience, investigations, coaching.
Familiarity with safety & EHS partnerships.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
BA/BS in HR or related field; PHR/SHRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as primary HR contact for client groups and coach managers on people practices.
Lead employee relations investigations end to end with fair outcomes.
Support workforce planning, staffing, onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
Drive engagement and culture initiatives and manage benefits programs.
Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain HRIS records.
