Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle at our Virginia Beach headquarters. This onsite role serves as the primary HR contact, handling onboarding, benefits inquiries, leave guidance, and performance management in a cross-functional HR team.

The position is full-time onsite with standard Monday–Friday hours and a targeted annual base salary of $110,000–$125,000, reflecting qualifications and experience. Travel domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP and SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while handling complex issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Own onboarding from day one with smooth handoff to Talent Management.
• Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires.
• Coordinate travel for onboarding and initial training as needed.
• Serve as frontline resource for benefits questions, leave guidance, and life event changes.
• Coach managers through performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Learning and Development to support employee development initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and support data-driven workforce initiatives.
