Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Senior HR Generalist on site in Reno, Nevada. You will provide experienced, hands-on HR support across SendCutSend facilities and serve as a key resource to the Director of Human Resources, HR Operations Manager, site HR leaders, and the broader HR team.

The role handles complex employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leave/accommodation processes, while guiding managers and maintaining compliant, professional HR practices across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, wage and hour requirements.
• Experience preparing employee relations documentation and investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of HR and HR Ops Manager with day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle complex employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, attendance issues, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to managers on policies, performance management, attendance and employee concerns.
• Assist with leave and accommodation processes (FMLA/ADA) and compliance activities.
• Support HR audits, reporting, HR metrics, and compliance-related projects.
• Mentor HR Generalists and Coordinators; assist with special HR projects.
