Job summary

Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Site Human Resources Business Partner to support our Columbus site. You will be the hands-on HR resource on the floor, coaching leaders and guiding daily HR activities while aligning with company policies and production goals.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition for onboarding and hiring, manage attendance and timekeeping, and contribute to a positive culture and effective change communications on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting hourly or manufacturing teams.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday, SAP, or ADP.
• US Person status required.

Responsibilities

• Be a steady presence on the floor. Provide HR support, coach managers, and maintain clear communication.
• Support onboarding and hiring with Talent Acquisition; provide local recruiting support.
• Guide leaders on attendance, timekeeping, and policy application.
• Coach frontline supervisors on attendance and performance in alignment with policies.
• Foster positive culture, recognize and engage teams.
• Assist with change communications and shift schedules.
