Job summary

Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Site Human Resources Business Partner to support our Columbus site. You will be the on-floor HR presence, guiding managers, handling daily HR requests, and ensuring fair application of policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HR experience, strong communication, and experience with Workday/SAP/ADP. Must be US Person and able to work on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting hourly or manufacturing teams.
• Strong communication and judgment; able to coach leaders and guide managers.
• Experience using HR systems like Workday, SAP, ADP.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site HR presence for the Columbus site, providing day-to-day HR support.
• Guide managers through performance conversations, onboarding and employee questions.
• Support attendance, timekeeping, and policy implementation with fairness and consistency.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Help maintain a positive culture through recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Communicate changes and policies clearly to teams and leaders.
