Job summary

Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Site Human Resources Business Partner to support our Columbus manufacturing site. You will be the go‑to HR partner on the floor, coaching managers, handling onboarding, and guiding attendance and policy interpretations to keep operations running smoothly.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, welcome new hires, and support day‑to‑day HR questions while balancing production goals with employee needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, including support for hourly/manufacturing teams.
• Strong communication skills and good judgement.
• Comfortable working on the production floor and with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a steady on‑the‑floor presence, coaching managers and guiding day‑to‑day HR support.
• Assist with onboarding, recruiting support, and employee questions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent, ensuring a smooth new hire experience.
• Assist leaders with attendance, timekeeping, and policy applications while balancing organizational needs.
• Support culture initiatives, recognition, and engagement to foster a positive work environment.
• Communicate policy changes clearly and help teams transition through changes.
