Job summary

URBN is seeking an HR Administrator at our Raymore, MO site to support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. You will partner with site leaders and talent teams to ensure compliant HR processes and a positive work environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in an administrative HR capacity, strong MS Office skills, and effective communication. Onsite schedule supports daily operations and HR activities at the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrator role, preferably in HR.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS such as UKG/Kronos.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Orientation & Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding and communicate with leaders as new hires complete day one onboarding.
• Pre & post-orientation tasks: manage onboarding data including I-9 verification and Kronos updates.
• Employee Support: address inquiries related to policies, My URBN, timekeeping, benefits, and pay; conduct floor walks.
• Administrative Duties: maintain employee files, site communications, and data reports; manage attendance lines and track absences.
