Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks a General Manager for the Burlington site to own the full P&L, drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across multiple units, and lead strategic growth initiatives.

You will partner with the Commercial Team to optimize pricing, forecast performance, and invest in capital projects while developing a high-performing, safety-focused team on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years in electrical distribution equipment service or manufacturing.
• Experience with P&L ownership and budget management for a service center or plant.
• Proven leadership in safety programs, CI systems, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the Burlington site, including revenue, margins, and expenses.
• Lead safety, quality, and operational excellence across SES, SER, IPC, and Field Service.
• Drive pricing discipline, forecast accuracy, and capital investment decisions.
