Job summary

United Site Services seeks a General Manager to lead operations and sales across the assigned geography, with full P&L accountability. You will guide a high-performing team, shape growth strategies, and ensure safety and quality across all sites.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to build new business relationships, optimize processes, and drive profitable results while upholding USS standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum Years of Experience 7 of years related experience.
• Experience with multi-stop routing systems & dispatch procedures.
• Computer knowledge (Navision, Microsoft Office & routing/logistics software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial statements and budgeting.
• Knowledge of company assets in inventory and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operations and sales teams to exceed targets.
• Create strategic growth plan for USS in assigned geography.
• Develop new business relationships to expand USS footprint.
• Ensure compliance with USS standards for excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, training, and development.
• Coordinate sales and operational activities for locations.
• Analyze and report sales and operational performance to meet profitability goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Senior Vice President to implement standard practices and efficiency.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety program administration.
• Support employee development and regular performance reviews.
