Job summary

Employment Resource Group seeks a General Manager - Manufacturing to own and optimize a multi-site operation in the United States. The role carries full P&L accountability and the freedom to shape processes, systems, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing operations experience and senior leadership experience with full facility ownership.
Track record of implementing cost structures and pricing/estimating discipline.
Experience leading quality, safety (OSHA), and sourcing without dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

Lead all manufacturing operations across multiple sites with full P&L accountability.
Assess production processes to identify inefficiencies and rebalance labor and automation for throughput gains.
Establish KPIs and data-driven stand-up meetings to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee cost control of fixed, labor, and material costs and strengthen pricing estimates.
Own safety, quality, and HR/EHS practices across sites.
Coach and develop production teams and define structured ways of working.
Build customer relationships and improve demand visibility with customers.
