Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a General Manager for our Data Center Services to own the profit and loss performance and lead safe, compliant delivery of industrial and environmental services to data center and mission-critical facility customers within an assigned territory.

This role provides leadership across multiple branches and facilities, overseeing budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, and customer relationships to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant multi-site leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental policies, and regulations.
• P&L management and regional budgeting experience.
• Able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for performance, profitability, safety, and compliance of multiple sites.
• Direct regional profit and loss performance including labor, materials, and SG&A costs.
• Monitor KPIs, safety metrics, and regulatory compliance across locations; implement improvements.
• Develop staffing plans and succession development across assigned locations.
• Prepare and review forecasts, reports, and budgets to align with corporate objectives.
