Job summary

Hotard Shuttle is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Sulphur facility in Louisiana. You will supervise payroll, dispatch, safety, and maintenance, while ensuring timely client communications and service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years in operations management, with strong English skills and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook. Knowledge of motorcoach or transportation industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Operations Management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sulphur Facility and oversee all departments.
• Coordinate daily client communications and dispatch details.
• Supervise all driver personnel and handle write-ups with Safety Director.
• Oversee payroll coordination and timecard approvals.
• Be the insurance reporting contact and document incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, schedules, and breaks.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and adaptability to changes.
