Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar operations role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contract operations to deliver safe, reliable, high-quality transportation services.
• Provide hands-on leadership to drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and frontline teams.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and service excellence.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and development for drivers and frontline leaders.
• Monitor attendance and labor utilization to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Be a key point of contact for client communication and service matters.
• Promote continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Lead by example in professionalism and safety.
