- Preferred Bachelor's with 7+ years relevant experience or Associate's with 9+ years relevant experience or 11+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Lean manufacturing experience with standard work and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations and lead key functional area managers.
- Drive lean manufacturing, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across the site.
- Develop annual operating budgets and strategic plans for the site.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with production and operations.
