Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks a General Manager for the Dallas site in Lewisville, TX. This hands-on leader owns full P&L for the facility, drives pricing discipline, and leads safety, quality, and operations excellence across low/medium voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.

The candidate will guide strategic growth, manage capital plans, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; leadership experience required.
• 10+ years in progressive leadership roles in electrical distribution equipment manufacturing/servicing.
• Full P&L ownership experience for a service center, plant, or BU of similar scale.
• Ability to be on site in Lewisville daily; strong safety and coaching focus.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the Dallas site including revenue, margins, and capex.
• Drive pricing discipline and quote velocity across switchgear and breakers.
• Lead safety programs and Continuous Improvement; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and present capital investment cases; manage operations and inventory.
