Job summary

Jobot is seeking an accomplished operations leader to own the P&L of a multi-location electrical services business. You will coach General Managers, scale staffing, and build the processes that enable rapid growth with safety and quality at the forefront.

You’ll integrate teams during acquisitions, drive data-based decisions, and manage customer accounts while traveling regularly to branch sites. This is a high-impact leadership role with executive backing.

Qualifications

• Proven P&L ownership across multiple locations.
• Experience leading senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Engineering or technical background in electrical services.
• Track record of scaling operations with safety and quality.
• Strong data-driven approach to KPIs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and drive revenue, margin, utilization and forecast accuracy.
• Coach and develop General Managers and area leaders.
• Lead integration or scale-up during acquisitions or new locations.
• Build operating structures, leadership bench and scalable processes.
• Maintain a safety-first culture across distributed field teams.
