You will coordinate with the Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, and manage crew scheduling and equipment. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Lead field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget commercial interiors projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to guide on-site work.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship across all crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate labor needs and communicate with general contractors and internal teams
• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote safe practices
• Review plans, track hours, and manage equipment and material needs
• Represent the company professionally in weekly progress meetings
