Ritsema Associates seeks an experienced Site Foreman to lead field laborers and carpenters on commercial construction projects. You will coordinate with the Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager to meet labor needs and project scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead installer in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage field crews.
• Commitment to safety and high workmanship standards.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Conduct startup meetings with Supervision team to align labor needs and scope.
• Facilitate daily huddles and toolbox talks; set goals and monitor progress.
• Record and track labor hours and crew scheduling.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and inventory between sites.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites and ensure proper safety protocols.
